Third Degree Burns is an alternative R&B and rock-inspired band that combines soulful vocals with raw instrumental energy. The band consists of Amber (vocals and keyboards), Enrico (guitar), Chris (bass), and Jacob (drums), and brings together heavy guitar tones, funky rock drums, and groovy bass lines to create a sound that is both powerful and playful.
Inspired by Erykah Badu's smooth vocal style, Third Degree Burns effortlessly bridges the gap between groove and grit. With music that can be as loud and energetic as it is sultry and seductive, it's perfect for dancing... or stripping.
What began as a collection of random poems in a shared Google Drive folder grew into Wilson A: a Haarlem-based indie collective that balances DIY indie, garage rock, and post-punk. Wilson A. creates sharp, ironic anthems about smartphone addiction, marathon runners, and hopeless parties you probably should have left two hours ago.
With a contagious combination of danceable grooves, unpolished guitars, and old-school synthesizers, Wilson A. creates a live show that is both idiosyncratic and compelling. Their music is convincing, honest, and enjoyable at its core. Instead of the typically dark themes of post-punk, Wilson chooses to approach contemporary issues with a cheerful and absurdist perspective.
