Sun, sea, and sand. That's what Starfish reminds you of. This North Holland collective creates a catchy mix of reggae, pop, and surf rock. They throw a real party, turning various stages and festivals in the Netherlands and far beyond upside down. With their catchy songs, cheerful melodies, and energetic performances, Starfish gets everyone on the dance floor.
The current lineup of the band was formed more than ten years ago, and in 2014 achieved more than 1 million streams with their single “No Rasta.” They subsequently performed with Will and the People, Jack and the Weatherman, Sticky Fingers, and Gold Kimono, among others. In 2023, their debut album Sunrise was released, full of sunny hits such as ‘Sunburn’, ‘Voodoo’, and ‘Poolparty’. Met nieuwe muziek op komst is het volgende feestje alweer onderweg.
