Tickets

1. I cannot find my tickets, what do I do?

You can still send yourself the ticket. Log in to your account here and then go to My Tickets in the menu. You can find your tickets here. Still having problems? Please contact tickets@simplon.nl.

2. I have tickets, but I can't come after all. Can I get my money back?

What a shame you can’t come anymore! Unfortunately, this is not possible. We only refund tickets if a concert is rescheduled or cancelled. You can safely resell your ticket via Ticketswap. Please note: if a concert is cancelled, tickets purchased via Ticketswap will not be refunded by us.

3. My printer is broken. Can I still enter without a paper ticket?

Yes, we would be happy to. We can scan from your mobile phone, but please make sure your screen is set to bright mode.

4. Are there any tickets left for... ?

– When a concert or event is sold out, we always post this on the website as soon as possible. If there is no “sold out” sign next to the event, there are usually still tickets available.
– If the concert is sold out, it is truly sold out. We do not maintain waiting lists, nor do we offer door sales for sold-out events.

5. Where can I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets via our website or at the box office on the evening of the event (if not sold out). If you purchase online, you will receive an e-ticket in your mailbox.

6. Do I have to pay extra for my ticket?

No, Simplon does not charge any service or transaction fees. The price you pay online is the same as the price you pay at the box office.

7. A concert has been cancelled. Will I receive a refund?

If a concert is cancelled, everyone can receive a refund for the purchase price of the ticket(s) up to one month after the scheduled date of the concert.
The following applies: the amount will be refunded automatically.

8. A concert has been rescheduled, but I am unable to attend.

In the event of postponed concerts, it is possible to obtain a refund up to one week before the show via tickets@simplon.nl if you are unable to attend.
