1. Reachability
- Simplon is located at Boterdiep 69. If you’re travelling by car, navigate to the nearest car park, Boterdiep.
- Are you coming by public transport? There are several buses that stop at Simplon. The nearest train stop is Noord Station. Check 9292.nl for the best route.
2. Accessibility
- Simplon is located in a historic building, which presents a number of challenges. However, we strive to be a place for everyone, and we adapt our accessibility measures accordingly as far as possible.
3. Wheelchairs & walking frames
- Our Main Hall is located on a lower floor, as seen from the entrance, whilst our Upper Hall and our Café are on the first floor. Both are accessible by lift. There is also a separate toilet for disabled visitors on the first floor. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. Please send an email or ring the office number before your visit.
4. Difficulty walking
- Simplon does not have fixed seating, unless this is specifically stated for a concert, comedy night and/or other event. If you’re unable to stand for long periods, we can arrange a bar stool or chair for you. Please send an email or ring the office number before your visit.
