In recent years, the Dutch artist Blackbird has established herself as a fixture on the Dutch pop scene, with radio singles such as ‘Tell Your Mama’, ‘Built And Broken’, ‘First In Line’ and ‘Body Language’. Her third studio album, *Do You Read Me!?*, was released in 2026 and was described by *NRC* as “a sparkling pop record”. On the album, she explores themes such as modern dating, being a woman in the big city, loneliness and the search for genuine connection.
In the spring of 2027, Blackbird will be touring Dutch venues with The Extended Album Tour. Expect a cinematic pop sound full of shimmering ’80s synths, rock guitars, irresistible hooks and an energetic live band that perfectly showcases her powerful voice. Think of a mix of HAIM with a touch of Fleetwood Mac.
