When something disturbs you, your first instinct may be to look away, but Eyesores are something you cannot unsee. Not because they're pleasant, but because they linger.
Eyesores hold a mirror in front of that which you would much rather destroy. This hunger for confrontation translates itself into quick, garage-punk tracks doused in gasoline and then set ablaze.
Nose Shop is an absurdist Egg-pop band running on pure DI signal. DI’d SPD, 8-string bass, and baritone guitar cut every frequency bare. no gloss, no perfume, no safety net. Their lyrics wander through quirky philosophy. A seminar held in a storage unit. Nietzsche winks, Marx mutters, Kierkegaard sighs. Songs wrestle with free will, doubt, metaphysics, and the quiet absurdity of existing at all. It’s existentialism you can nod your head to.
