Soft Loft serve up indie pop melodies with catchy hooks. Soft Loft is a Swiss collective led by singer-songwriter Jorina Stamm. They make music that breaks your heart wide open, casting the broken and the ugly in a new light, and making you fall head over heels in love with the fact that you are fallible and human.
From day one, their mission has been to create a space where vulnerability is like oxygen and connecting with others is like a summer breeze. Their sound is a sticky mix of ecstasy and melancholy, which they themselves describe as “indie-something-something”. They feel just as at home in a tiny club packed with a sweaty, screaming crowd as they do on big stages in front of a surging sea of people.
In just over a year, Soft Loft independently released the EP In Case You Get Lonely, followed by their debut album The Party And The Mess, both produced by Grammy-nominated producer Gianluca Buccellati (Lana Del Rey, Arlo Parks). With a new single under their belt, the band is gearing up for a series of European shows, and they won’t be skipping the Simplon!
