Fresh off their recent sold-out tours in the United Kingdom and New Zealand, NO CIGAR is already eager to embark on their biggest European adventure yet.
The five-piece band from Aotearoa, New Zealand, has released three studio albums: Under The Surface (2025), The Great Escape (2023), and Bienvenido (2022). They have gained a large following throughout Australasia, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the U.S., captivating audiences with their infectious grooves and compelling stories.
Under The Surface was largely written in Chantilly, a small town an hour’s drive north of Paris, where the band rehearsed, wrote songs, and recorded during their 2023 European tour. The album was finalized during a tour in New Zealand, in collaboration with producer Connor Jaine. The new album showcases their unique blend of psychedelic rock and groovy guitar riffs. Their growing popularity is largely due to their dynamic live performances, which have helped them build a loyal and enthusiastic fan base.
