Godfried dances with you in the dark. Godfried takes you back to the golden days of the 60s and 70s, when music was pure and full of life—but with the energy and edge of today. His sound exudes the warmth of analogue recordings and the spontaneity of a live jam, with influences from rock, roots, blues, Americana and pop.
From the very first note, Nina Bailey reaches out, invites you in and gently sweeps you away. She channels her frustrations about overthinking into sweet songs that all fellow overthinkers can sway along to together. Nina’s music feels like a gentle embrace as she reveals her unfiltered thoughts to you. When professional overthinker Nina Bailey first started singing and writing, she did so in secret. In the countryside of Drenthe, she would hide away in her bedroom and sing only when no one was at home. But her love of music grew too strong to remain hidden.
Fast forward to now: Nina’s music is anything but a secret. She completed a songwriting course at the conservatoire, took part in Drentsch Peil 2025 and Hit The North 2026, and has performed at festivals such as Drentsonic, Bevrijdingsfestival and SPY Festival. During her studies, she wrote an EP due for release later this year — and for the first time, the songs are truly about her. With warm, gentle sounds, Nina’s music feels like a soft embrace, but her lyrics are anything but that.
