Amber Run—composed of frontman Joe Keogh, bassist Tomas Sperring, and keyboardist Henry Wyeth—has not only managed to keep going, but also to thrive on its own terms by making music together.
The trio first captivated audiences in 2014 with the release of “5AM,” through which they forged a close bond with fans who could relate to their moving lyrics. With their subsequent albums “For A Moment, I Was Lost,” “Philophobia,” and “How To Be Human,” the band has become the soundtrack to the lives of people all over the world, with songs that often strike at the heart of life’s more difficult moments.
Over the years, their single “I Found,” released in early 2014, has taken on a life of its own; the song currently has over half a billion streams and has gone viral after resonating with a new generation of fans on TikTok, where millions of people have created videos inspired by the song.
In 2025, Amber Run released brand-new versions of “I Found” and “5am,” along with collaborative tracks featuring British artist Freya Ridings and Canadian artist Billianne: a tribute to what their music has meant to millions of people around the world. In 2026, Amber Run returns, stripping their songs down to their vulnerable core for an acoustic performance in Groningen!
