Our policy
Our aim is to provide an accessible website that meets the needs of our visitors, whilst respecting everyone’s rights and expectations. We only request personal data where and to the extent that it is necessary. We do not disclose personal data to third parties. Nor do we use your data without your consent to send you anything. Data you provide yourself
When you subscribe to the newsletter, you will be asked for your name and email address. To ensure the smooth processing of an online purchase, a little more information is required. We ask for your name, postcode, country, email address and age. Telephone

Data collected automatically
To access the internet, your computer has an Internet Protocol address, or IP address – a sort of telephone number. We record the IP address used for every online purchase. Viewing and amending
You can view and amend your account details via ‘Login’ > My account’. You can also view your past purchases here. You can amend all your personal data. Upon request, we will delete your account entirely. However, we are legally obliged to retain certain data. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the ‘Newsletter’ menu option, via ‘My account’, or via the hyperlink at the bottom of the email itself.>

Security
Your data is stored in a data centre with state-of-the-art security. Online payments are processed via reputable payment providers using secure, encrypted procedures. The exchange of account details is also secured using SSL encryption. However, please also ensure that your own devices are adequately secured and handle your login details with care.
