Following a successful edition in October that left Simplon astir, VISION is set to make its return in December with a fresh-line-up featuring none other than Ivy Lab, Subtension, HØST, S.Murk and Deets

As heavyweights in the scene, Groningen-based record label VISION, has established itself as a notable force by collaborating with esteemed bass music names, while simultaneously providing a platform for emerging talents. This support is extended through their label, radio show, and live events, underscoring their commitment to nurturing the next generation of artists.

Ivy Lab
Formed in London, Ivy Lab gained recognition for their distinctive approach to music production, combining elements of drum and bass, hip-hop, dubstep, and more. Their music is characterised by intricate and intricate sound design, intricate rhythms, and deep, atmospheric textures. Ivy Lab’s ability to push sonic boundaries and experiment with diverse genres has made them a driving force in the evolution of electronic music.

In addition to their production work, Ivy Lab has also gained recognition for their dynamic DJ sets, which showcase their diverse taste and deep knowledge of bass-driven music. They have performed at major festivals and clubs around the world, captivating audiences with their boundary-pushing sound.

Subtension
Slovakian DJ and producer Subtension’s main focus is to create unique and progressive bass tunes. His music is characterised by intricate rhythms, deep basslines, and a distinct fusion of dark and experimental elements. Check out his VISION release ‘Reason’ on our MISSION 02 compilation

HØST
Quickly garnering attention in the electronic music world, HØST brings a unique fusion of genres, spanning dubstep, trap, and experimental bass. His music is characterised by heavy, distorted basslines, intricate sound design, and a haunting atmosphere. Check out his remixes for Noisia and Icicle!

S.Murk

Deets returns! Having opened the Curated by VISION night at Melkweg, Amsterdam, Deets is no stranger to our label nights. Describing her music as bassy bouncy (break)beats of all BPMs’ and a sucker for leftfield, Deets consistently captivates dance floors with a finely honed combination of layered mixing and devil-may-care experimentation.
