This edition of UP will be extraordinary, mega fantastic and extra special.

The Simplon UP stage is not only used for music this time, but also for a short performance by the Card Bored Kids: two children, one fort and noisy objects.

In the cafe there will also be an art exhibition and art market by Minerva students.

In terms of music, huny will come along, also known as Luz Mercedes, who will invite you to tag along with their delicate journey of blurring reality and imagination. huny is aiming to provide live experimental sound art featuring a blend of ethereal vocals and synthesised textures to create a sonic exploration of vulnerability through themes of childhood, the sublime, trauma, and resilience. Live visuals are provided by Nongalant.

Cymbaline is a duo from Utrecht, making music with analog synthesizers, crappy drum computers and lo-fi vocals. Their music draws heavily on 70s underground and sounds like a combination of British new wave and German krautrock. Dark and recalcitrant music, with an ever-present touch of melancholy.
