Stripped down drum computer beats, acid bass lines and hiphop/booty-leaning vocals. The people of Ongehoord like artists with a broad vision on electronic dance music. For that matter, this Ongehoord special brings a véry big boy to the north of the Netherlands. We’re very proud to welcome UK’s wonderboy Addison Groove for this edition in December!

Addision Groove doesn’t think twice about Chicago juke tracks in his DJ sets and besides of that, he’s pretty well-known as ‘Headhunter’ which is a dubstep alias under which he released tracks on Tempa and Nomad. In 2010 he started as Addison Groove and he released his first album ‘Transistor Rhythm’ (2012) on Modeselektor’s 50 Weapons label. This was a great success, he’s been playing all over the world ever since and now we’re taking him to Groningen. We give him the full freedom to do whatever he likes and we invite you to do the same!
