Rens, Jaïr & Ome Uncle, commonly known as RJO, prefer to take all risks. These Amsterdam-based musicians do not adhere to genres and are musically driven by loving brutality. With a mix of rap, electronic pop, and a lot of fun, they create funky tunes with a feel-good vibe. The trio first met as teenagers in Amstelveen, where they wrote their first song in an attic. Years later, they reunited in that same place, but this time in a real studio. The trio now resides in Amsterdam and has played in many venues in the city. During energetic, passionate, and sweat-drenched live shows, they build a unique connection with the audience, winning over every venue. With complete dedication, driving productions, and catchy melodies, the trio is a guaranteed festival powerhouse. Expect to laugh, sweat, and, above all, to forget all about your worries. In addition, RJO consistently releases new music, music videos, and tour videos. Their ambition, dream, and goal are to become the best live act in the Benelux. 3voor12, AT5, and Het Parool have previously written about their undeniable chemistry, and the promise is that the group will take even bigger leaps. And now, after a successful show at UP last year, the trio returns to our Upper Room to fulfill that promise. Support: Alexander Moto & DJ Soulitude.
