Omasta plays Madlib

Omasta draws inspiration from street and jazz culture. After their debut at the Paul’s Boutique in Kraków, Omasta was invited to play as the opener of Slum Village in Poland and at the Gent Jazz Festival in Belgium and for two concerts at Ronnies Scott’s Jazz Club in London. Omasta will release their debut album (Jazz Report from the Hood) on the always great Polish record label Astigmatic Records in October 2025.

For Dilla month, they performed a special tribute to iconic hip-hop producer J Dilla in several cities in Europe. Now they want to pay tribute to another great producer, Madlib. In September, they will hit the road to play this special set, not skipping Simplon!
