Money & The Man

With their self-titled debut album from 2018, Money & The Man managed to bind fans to them through energetic garage blues and intense indie rock & roll. These legends from Zwolle have released a follow-up called ‘Money No Time – Time No Money’, which was born from the same fury and energy. On this album their songs are sharp and contain even more memorable hooks.

As of 2013, singer/guitarist Henk Wesselink and drummer Ymte Koekkoek are inseparable and both are inspired by past glories and an unseen future. They started writing about choices between career and happiness, creating a sound that, in addition to a gut-wrenching primal power, also certainly contains ingenious elements. Using odd time signatures and unexpected tempo changes, this band will give you the feeling of joyful abandonment, which can be compared to the experience of joining in a moshpit!

Support this evening will come from The Desmonds. From their hometown Groningen they have conquered national indie scenes. Their songs combine a punky American garage punk sound with an indefinable but recognizable Dutch sound, comparable to Iguana Death Cult. After a series of successful singles and the Dripping EP, the band released their debut album ‘Good Morning America’ in October.
