Predictability is not of the essence in the music of Dollkraut. This whimsical artist mixes unique musical genres from various era’s together to create a complete own sound. From heavy synthesizer workouts, electro-like post-punk, to Turkish 70’s disco music.

When Dollkraut isn’t playing with his three-man band, it is no problem at all for this Amsterdam based DJ to turn the dancefloors up. Since a breakthrough with his debut-album ‘Schimanski’s Black Lullabies’, he earned a good reputation in the scene. Over the next few years, he would appear on well-known events like Rock en Seine in Paris, Dekmantel Festival in Amsterdam, and even Tel Aviv’s Breakfast club in Israel. In the cold upcoming November Days, Dollkraut will return to Simplon for an epic Dj-set, adapted to the intimate setting under the corona-safety measures.
