Designer Violence + bee sting

The 80s called, with their synths and emotional but strong voices; it’s Designer Violence. Designer Violence seems like they are expanding boundaries by finding many ways to experiment, while maintaining their own rough industrial sound. Queer, feminist and definitely loud: a perfect combination of elements to tear the UP stage completely down, in an environmental friendly way of course.

bee sting, an interesting name that definitely sticks in my head as the memory of an actual painful bee needle stinging my body. Listening to their songs isn’t a painful memory at all, luckily. The dreamy vocals in contrast with the trance like music just match up really well. Picture the world in hundreds of years and bee sting’s sound will get you there; it sounds like the future. A pink and purple neon filled future where the only appropriate way to say goodbye will be ‘bye bye bitch’.
