David 'Ram Jam' Rodigan

It is hard to find someone on this earth that knows as much about reggae as David David Rodigan does. He has dominated the British Reggae dance halls for 40 years! ‘Ram Jam’ celebrates his 40 year career this spring with an exclusive club tour and we are happy to announce that this legendary artist is coming to Simplon!

Not only does David Rodigan dominate live, he has also put his stamp on radio. Rodigan started his radio program on BBC Radio London in 1978 and this did not go unnoticed. He has been put in the Sony Radio Academy Hall Of Fame in 2006 and has won a Sony Radio Academy Gold Award and a Silver Award in 2014 for his Radio 2 Summer Series. In addition, he has done various international tours already. Rodigan is going to play his unique collection of customised dub platen from the past four decades!
