Tuskar

Tuskar is a sludge metal heavyweight not to be missed. The young British duo have an undeniable energy and ferocity that make them one of the most exciting discoveries in the British sludge metal scene.

Tuskar was formed in Milton Keynes, UK in 2016 by singer/drummer Tyler Hodges and guitarist Tom Dimmock. Together they grew up listening to bands like YOB, Mastodon and Torche. Even before their first official release in 2017, the band had already creating a lot of buzz in the underground of the British metal scene. With their debut EP Arianrhod they fulfilled all expectations. It was critically acclaimed for its distinct sound and top shelf quality. So it was time to build on that. And so they did. The duo released its debut album Matriach earlier this year, on which they took their sound to the next level.  

Tuskar is a band that you have to see live: the chemistry Hodges and Dimmock share in the studio and on stage is clear. During their upcoming European tour they will come to Simplon to show us what they are made of. Without a doubt, this will be a show to remember!
