Kris Berry

The Caribbean-Dutch neo-soul singer Kris Berry has been on the Dutch music scene for a long time now. Her debut album in 2012 got her off to a flying start and a year later she continued this upward trend with ‘Lovestruck Puzzles’, an album for which she collaborated with producer Perquisite. Meanwhile Kris Berry has millions of streams to her name and her career has many highlights.

With her latest album NOW (Namelessly Objectifying Wonder) she will soon release one of her most personal music projects to date. Berry wants to reflect the peace, power and beauty of ‘nothing’ in her music, performance and visual expression. That pure and unfiltered feeling can be seen in the audiovisual short films she made together with the talented director Océane Combeau. Each song gets its own film and several singles can already be viewed online. This fall Kris Berry will tour the Dutch venues and we are very curious to see how she will present her new album live.

The multi-instrumental artist, songwriter and producer Leonard Luka will join the tour as support act. Mixing his soulful voice with challenging percussion and electronic influences, he creates an eclectic mix of soul, R&B and indie music. Leonard was nominated for Best Talent and Best Song at the Sublime Awards in 2021 and will release his new EP ‘MANUSIA’ in 2022.
