FATA BOOM

After having a blast and completely selling out our upstairs stage in 2019, FATA BOOM is coming back to Simplon for seconds! This Amsterdam act consisting of a masked singer, a gender neutral rapper and a musical centipede dominates the stage and blows away the audience with their sharp lyrics and elevated flow. As one reacts in shock, the other is bouncing along to the brutal raps and heavy beats of this extravagant group whose stage presence is reminiscent of Die Antwoord.

Their debut album ‘Constricted’ was released in October of 2018 with hits like ‘D.D.D. (Drop Down Deep)’ and ‘Fäsjøn’. The album was accompanied by a tour that took them to Paaspop, Down The Rabbit Hole, Paradiso, Amsterdam Dance Event and Simplon, among others. They knew how to blow the audience away on every stage they stepped on with their trippy electro hip-hop. A brand new show and set is now ready for 2021, which will be even more intense than the previous one. Get ready for FATA BOOM, a musical headshot with the intensity of a brick through your windshield.
